My “Little Hummus”. My “Blood Brother”. My “Baby” Sister, Si’aleia. She is a force to be reckoned with —radiant, boundless, and breathtakingly powerful. She moves through the world with a light so undeniable it alters everything in its path. To me, she is laughter on the hardest days, wisdom beyond her years, and love in its purest, most RELENTLESS form. She carries a magic that is both gentle and fierce, touching lives in ways she may never fully comprehend. The world is richer, brighter, and infinitely more beautiful simply because she exists. I owe a lot to my baby sister for everything she is to me. Without her even knowing the full gravity of the impact she’s had on my life, I can say with certainty, that growing up with her, and watching her grow up into the beautiful, bright, graceful, lovable, forgiving, RESILIENT woman, wife and mother she is, has been one of my many proudest experiences in this little life of mine.

Leia, I've said it before and I'll say it again, forever and ever more- you are more than just standing by my side as my Maid of Honor, you are standing by my side as a reflection of the bond we have- it's always been you. You've always been there for me through every monumental and minuscule moment in my life, so being my Maid of Honor was a no-brainer. You've loved me through every chapter, through every phase I've ever gone through, you've accepted every version of me with no hesitation or doubt- every win or loss, you've loved me deeply and I hope to always give you that in return ten fold. I’ve known Tina since I was a little girl, and from the very first moment I met her, I’ve always looked up to her and admired everything about her. Her patience, her kindness, her thoughtfulness, her loyalty… all things that she’s shown and taught me simply by her character and every-day actions. Meeting Tasha is a day I’ll always remember because the instant connection I felt to her was unlike any other. Unbeknownst to her, Tasha coming into my life was like discovering a melody I never knew my heart was missing or yearning for. To say that I love Tasha as a sister feels almost like an understatement given how deeply I admire and adore her. Through every step of this wedding journey, she has been my right-hand girl, my sounding board, and my source of comfort when the stress felt overwhelming. Tasha has given to me so effortlessly what people search their entire lives for, and that's guidance, unwavering support and a true genuine love and sisterhood. For as long as I’ve known Bri, she’s been someone I revered as nothing short of amazing. She’s kind, caring, empathetic, incredibly talented, and possesses a creativity that is all her own. Bri has been a constant source of love, peace and joy to me and my family for as long as I can remember. She was there for me through every season and chapter of my life as a friend who always loved me and saw me, even when I admittedly probably made it hard to do so. Bri loved me through all of the growth spurts of my crazy life. Nellie. Sweet baby sister Nellie. What a true wonder this young woman is. Nellie is someone who I quite literally had the honor of loving and knowing as she grew into the absolute phenomenal young and brilliant young woman that she is today. Watching her blossom with grace through every chapter of her life has been one of my greatest privileges. She is strong, confident, and accomplished—yet she remains the same warm, sweet and loving soul who has always brightened even the darkest of days for myself and for the entire family. Asking Nellie to be my bridesmaid was one of the easiest decisions I’ve ever made because, in truth, she’s always been right there with me. Exactly ten years ago, Nellie stood beside me at our first wedding, and now, as Andy and I renew our vows, it’s only right that she stands beside me once again, a decade later. I look back on our wedding day photos and I am brought to complete tears of just pure pride, joy and ultimately gratitude, because seeing her standing RIGHT THERE next to ME, as I Andy and I commit our whole lives together, serves as a symbol to me as just the purest form of adoration and devotion. I see her standing there next to me not even knowing that her mere presence is the blueprint and model of genuine trust, love and confidence- as she gave her older brother's hand to me…. And there’s truly something special to be said about that. The immovable love, trust and belief she has bestowed upon me is an honor I’ll forever be indebted to her for.
